When an event falls on the day you arrive in Hokkaido, or the day you fly home, getting there with your luggage can be a hassle.

We agree on a pickup point and time in advance, then take you wherever you need to go after the event.

FAQ
Questions we're often asked before booking.
Can I use the plan in winter?
The Event Transfer Plan is available from April to November and not from December to March. For winter transfers, such as between New Chitose Airport and Sapporo, please use our regular transfer booking page.
Can I leave my luggage in the car during the event?
Yes. We keep suitcases and other luggage in the car, and the car waits during the event. We check each venue's rules and explain the waiting location and luggage handover when you book. Please keep your valuables with you.
What if the event finishes later than planned?
We ask for the expected end time when you book and suggest a plan with enough margin. If the event looks likely to run late, for example due to extra innings or staggered exits, we will decide how to handle it based on what we agreed in advance.
What if I need more than 6 hours?
Use of more than 6 hours is quoted individually. Before booking, please tell us your pickup location, event times and final destination.
Are highway tolls and parking fees included in the base fare?
No. Highway tolls and parking fees are not included in the base fare and are charged separately.
How is usage time counted?
Usage time runs from the first pickup until arrival at the final destination.
Can I use it from New Chitose Airport to Escon Field?
Yes. We pick you up at New Chitose Airport and take you to ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO. After the game we take you to your hotel or New Chitose Airport. Drop-off and pickup points follow the venue's guidance and will be confirmed when you book.
Can you take me to my hotel after a concert?
Yes. From venues around Sapporo such as Daiwa House PREMIST DOME, we take you to your hotel in Sapporo or New Chitose Airport after the show. The area gets crowded right after a concert, so we agree on a meeting point when you book.
When is my booking confirmed?
Sending the form alone does not confirm your booking. Muto will contact you with availability, usage time, fare and meeting point, and your booking is confirmed once you agree.
