  • Fares are in Japanese yen, one way, per vehicle (up to 6 passengers; the fare does not change with the number of passengers).
  • Expressway tolls are included. Pickups at New Chitose Airport also include the airport parking fee.
  • The winter fare applies based on your transfer date, not the date you book.
  • Fares may vary depending on your pickup and drop-off locations. Muto will confirm the exact fare before your booking is confirmed.
  • There is no early booking discount. Booking early helps you secure your preferred date and time.

We provide pre-booked private transfers in a Toyota Alphard Executive Lounge. The individual leather rear seats keep you comfortable on the long drive to Niseko.

  • Private transfer for your group only (no shared rides).
  • Direct from the airport or Sapporo to your hotel or accommodation.
  • Please tell us how many suitcases, skis and snowboards you have in the booking form. Depending on group size and gear, everything may not fit, so we check in advance.

How to Book

  1. Step 1 — Choose Your Transfer RouteOpen the New Chitose Airport → Niseko or Sapporo → Niseko page (return trips have their own pages).
  2. Step 2 — Submit Your Reservation RequestUse the form on the route page to send your preferred date and time, pickup location, accommodation, passengers and luggage.
  3. Step 3 — Receive Availability and Fare ConfirmationMuto checks availability and sends you the fare.
  4. Step 4 — Complete PaymentPay in advance via the Square payment link we send you, within 48 hours of receiving it.
  5. Step 5 — Reservation ConfirmedYour booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Is there an early booking discount?
No. The winter fare is the same whenever you book. Booking early helps you secure your preferred date and time.
When does the winter fare apply?
It applies to transfers from Dec 1, 2026 – Mar 31, 2027. It is based on your transfer date, not the date you book.
Is my booking confirmed when I send the form?
Not yet. Muto checks availability and sends you the fare and a Square payment link. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
Can I book other destinations, such as Rusutsu or Kiroro?
